Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any reasons. During this period, you may return the items. For returns, you can reach out to us via telephone or email or fill out the return request form. If you submit your return through the form, we will contact you via email and expedite your return request.

The European model withdrawal form is also available to notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase, but its use is not obligatory.

When returning or exchanging an item, please ensure your invoice, packing slip, or our return form with your address details are included in the package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Send returns to:

Return Conditions:

- Items must be returned unopened. Intimacy products can only be returned if the seal is intact. Opened items may incur a depreciation charge.
- The item and its packaging must be undamaged. Charges may apply for any damage, such as cracks, dents, or stains.
- Gifts received due to a minimum spend must also be returned, or their value will be deducted from the refund.
- For defective items, please refer to our Warranty information.
- Combi deals must be returned in full; individual items from the deal cannot be returned.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the items if used beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functionality. Please consider the aforementioned exceptions. Due to hygiene regulations, certain items cannot be returned once opened.
